Doing that to one color and then just re caulking where the tile meets the tub would be much cheaper for you since it's a rental you are holding.

BUT it didn't deter me...... we have no $$$ of our own..... we buy/hold, my husband has a great job prospect, so I had to be patient.... as our rentals build equity, as he moved up in the world...we collect our property.some we made work...forced to rent our our primary that is in boston (cash cow now)live in flip in a new construction in military town (only one that sold quickly b/c it was neutral)commercial retail shop (complete shot in the dark, cheaper than SFR, and it was $$$ and management FREE!)

Thanks everyone.Let me know what you guys think of thisOption 1 - Assuming the metal boxes are not grounded back to the box, have laborers remove the baseboards (they need replaced anyway), remove one foot of plaster from the bottom up, drill holes, prep and maybe run the wire, let the electrician do the final hookups.Option 2 - Add GFCI on the ungrounded plugs (mostly in the bedrooms), which at $12 each seems a lot cheaper.
