I was able to quit my job as an engineer when I was 23 almost a year ago. 

I was recently laid off from my engineering so I have some time to commit to driving around while I get that next job.

I currently work as a design engineer on a lot of larger residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and I'd like to own some one day.

@Anthony Cennami Welcome.My insurers usually say no Stoves or Trampolines, they also want pictures of the heating system and under all the sinks.However in New Hampshire, Pellet/Wood burning stoves seem important.
