I am a civil engineer about 3 years from retirement. I am looking for some rental property to provide a supplemental income stream when I retire.

James Eschert Can you offer more detail? Looking for properties on BP? Looking for ways to use 401k or IRA to purchase rental properties? Looking for SFH or MF? How much rental income are you hoping to net? You'll get as much info as you want on BP if you can be a bit more specific about what you're looking for here!
