I have read David Greene's BRRRR method book and am contemplating whether to save up for BRRRR or utilize the FHA Loan.Any preference on FHA vs BRRRR method for first property?

I would only consider this method to keep from having to break up the slab to replace a leaking sewer pipe inside the house.The trenching from the base of the house out to the street is not a problem and you end up with thick PVC pipe that will last forever.

If you can't, maybe your shouldn't be investing.When investing with a LLC, the generally accepted method when it comes down to it is to treat like a legal entity and not involve your personal name.
