First BRRRR home investment, pay cash or finance?
Hi everyone, I am new in the Real Estate industry and planning on getting started in the next 2-3 months after finalizing our move out of state. For the first investment, would y'all recommend paying all cash (BRRRR book suggests paying 100% cash for the first investment) or financing? Thanks!

Paying cash may allow you to refinance quicker (immediately after rehab). You also save on financing costs.
