My brother and I just secured our first property it was as duplex that we were able to house hack and I will live in one side for the first year.

Debating using my brother to purchase a 4 plex and I am wondering if it is allowed.

Hey everybody I'm trying to remove my brother from the deed on my house. as far as I understand it I need a quick claims deed. does anybody know if there is a template for this kind of thing?

I am currently co-borrowing with my brother, who is the main borrower of an FHA loan, and I am looking to invest into my first small multifamily home.

Make sure you have good contact info for all those people....full name, address, phone, email, FB, IG, Linkedin....if possible Bday and Anniversary dates.....so you want all that for everyone in your phone today, in FB, IG, and Linkedin....then all the people you don't have in those places, but should like your neighbors or relatives...school friends, sport friends, frat brothers, church friends, co-workers, etc....then branch out to all the people you do business with today....dentist, doctor, car dealership, bank, starbucks, or whoever.   

Purchase price: $55,000 Cash invested: $33,000 Sale price: $80,000 Foreclosure deal that I did in partnership with my brother, the goal was to be a long term rental as the market rent for the property after a quick paint job was $1,000 a month.
