My brother and I just secured our first property it was as duplex that we were able to house hack and I will live in one side for the first year. The bank said I have to move into one side in 60 days. We just closed on the property today and were wondering how we should go about the eviction. Do we notifty them in writing of their 30 day? Any tips welcome. Thank you.
