Hey there BP community! So I have a question here. I currently have some money saved up I live in Modesto ca. I am renting here currently. I qualify for a personal home with down payment assistance. Idk if I should invest that money and take advantage of this program or use that money to buy a duplex here and house hack. What yep you suggest?
