A little background about myself...

I guess that is the beauty of getting paid by credit card in advance for your service (at least for some anyway)!

I am currently doing the same thing have 20% down for around a 100k property but I have found a beautiful quadplexes for 200k so I'll be putting 10% down to create more cash flow for myself.

I'm sure your background will be a great asset to you in real estate investing.

My background is in online marketing, and I was wondering what people think about a 'Turn-Key Online Marketing offering for Flippers and Wholesalers.'  

U have come to the right place, it sounds like u have a huge head start with ur background so all power to u as u embark on ur journeyMy advice wud be too sign up for the weekly webinars they are seriously epic, and with all the other tools available I strongly believe if u can put together a good deal then u will be able to find a hard money investor for sure, I've learnt that it's about how good and clear is the deal to bring in ROIAlso stick around daily and get aquainted with the surroundings and like minded people, I have learnt so much just from reading threads and interacting!...

Some won't come to grips with the fact that the home next door is beautifully remodeled yet they are asking for the same price for a home that hasn't been touched since the 70s. 

Little background info here..

Cash flow is most important to me at least, the beauty of real estate is the use of leverage to increase returns, take advantage, but don't go over your head and get 50 rentals with huge loans on them.

for now - what service provides a decent way to log in online and input the applicant's data and run the credit & background check together?
