In order to appear "well put together", agents must be able to interpret data and housing market coverage in a way that is relevant and useful to your client and answers their questions without provoking unnecessary fear.

In many states it is considered predatory targeting preforeclosures and also marketing as if you are "helping the homeowner", as based on what you are saying it does not really appear you are helping them but performing a service to them for a fee - big difference.

From the research I have done so far, it appears that rehabbing is one of the harder aspects to get into with a full time job, but the job I currently have is flexible with hours (never over 40, and never have to take work home) and I currently work 6-230 m-f.

The property also has a pool, which appears to be decommissioned, how-ever, my father-in-law has been a professional install/maintenance 'pool boy' for many years, and I myself have done many jobs with him.

I'd bet if you really add up the expenses it's not as good of an investment as it appears. 

Also some of them mentioned the neighborhood is not their favorite: next door neighbor doesnt take care of their house appearance.

Many condos have "special assessments" to cover bigger rehabs so they can maintain the appearance of lower cost of ownership.
