Sure you can have a top producer with more closings but they want an ever better split.So deal with all that drama or close one commercial deal for a client of mine and blow that out of the water.

Apartments are different, I advocate using an LLC because of the higher concentration of tenants, that is a different risk.So, while no business entity has ever benefited me by the perceived liability protections afforded, that's not to say they are not a good idea.
