Nightmare Tenants
Help! I am interested in purchasing a house that is being rented at the moment. The problem is the home owner doesn't have a copy of the key and neither does the selling realtor. Every time I make an appointment to go see the house they tenants cancel and leave the property so I cannot get inside. Really it is the husband doing this because the wife did let us in once to view the property. Now I can't get in with my inspector to check the structure of the home. Is there anything I can do legally to get in?
