We live in Brooklyn and did this totally out of state without even visiting Dallas. 

Which in turn has brought a GR8 deal of $ to the area in the way of visitors and quite often visitors after visiting fall in love with the quaint town and move here.

I have not yet visited the Wake County Courthouse and am curious about how easy/challenging it may be. 

It started in 2018 visiting a property out of state.
