Charleston - SC - Looking for multi-family properties

Hello Everyone,

I’m a GA investor looking to move and invest in Charleston, SC. I’m looking to build a team and connect with PMs, realtors, contractors, and lenders. I plan on making a trip down soon to get familiar with the market.

Please let me know if you’re any of those professionals or know any that have worked with in the past. Thanks in advance!

@Sean Johnson Visit one of the local REIA meetings there. These meetings can be great opportunities to learn more about the market and to network with many different people.

Good Luck!
