Hey BP community, so my wife and I purchased our first investment in Dallas in February.  Single family in East Dallas.  Already rented to a tenant and we're finalizing our agreement with our property manager.   We live in Brooklyn and did this totally out of state without even visiting Dallas.  Primarily because of our realtor who was AMAZING and helped to make this happen.  We are solely out of state investors.  We are ready for our next one but feel things are getting hotter in Dallas and really need to add value to create a deal.   Our realtor is awesome, our lender is great, property manager is looking good but we really need a contractor vetted out by some BP folks to help us make the leap to a property that needs a lot of work.   My wife and I need someone we can trust, integrate with our folks on the ground, and help to turn lemons into deals for us at a reasonable price.   Anyone have a few recommendations for good contractors in Dallas used to working with out of state investors?
