Prices have been rising because it’s such a popular area, but I believe the trend will continue because Beacon is popular and is only getting hotter.

I don’t know your market... however painted wood floors used to be a trend, many, many, many years ago and done so to be cheap.

If that's the case, choose the market that has the best combination of cash flow and strong economic and demographic trends.

I think it's important to see a cap rate trend and where your investment would be.If you invest directly, the macroeconomic level is not the first priority because you can create your own game and scenario for the future.
