Within my company we touch every lead a minimum of 7 times sometimes we contact up to 12 times.

I graduated from college and I got a business degree with emphasis in real estate.  

Recently graduated from SCU, passed the BRE exam in November of this year, and earned my Realtor designation as well. 

I am a Business Administration graduate of the University of Illinois am a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and licensed Community Association Manager.My background in building and developing gives me valuable expertise in maintaining high-quality properties while staying under budget.

I do think a RE license goes well with PM.Also, though, I have found just knowing a lot of real estate agents gets you a lot of referrals.Many RE agents would just assume never touch PM and gladly hand you any leads they have.

(In CA, the MLS also has access to this data available online for members.)Once you have the owner's name and mailing address, it's usually pretty easy to find a way to get in touch via googling / facebooking.
