If you're a solid PM and market yourself well, you can charge more AND pull in more business.I know several landlords, myself included, that would gladly pay another couple of % for a competent and straight forward PM vs the muck that is most of them.

They have a money back guarantee if you find something listed at the courthouse that isnt sent to you from the search.For somebody who could waste half a day at the courthouse researching a title for leins and judgements, a hundred dollars may be a cheap price to pay.
