Critical members of your "Dream Team"?

I'm looking into wholesaling properties and I would like to start with a solid foundation of people and associates I surround myself with. I know without this "dream team", success is far from reach. How should I assemble my team of winners? Which players are considered a necessity and which ones are optional? Can a real estate attorney do two jobs at a closing as an agent and lawyer? How many people should be present at a sign and close deal?
