In addition to internet readings I've read Millionaire Real Estate Investor (Gary Keller), Building Wealth One House at a Time (John Schaub) and just finished Investing in Real Estate (Gary Eldred).In addition, I've also signed up for my local REIA - just missed their latest meeting - and have attended a few different meetups that different investors have put on.

We can certainly help you with broad questions, but you're going to have to put in the work to begin narrowing things down a little so you can begin to put together some kind of plan for yourself.

Just very interested, maybe not in doing it myself, but in understanding the process, but there's not much info on the internet (or I'm looking in the wrong places).

You'll need to be able to pull the good information out of the forms and bogs as the internet is full of misinformation but can give you a great overview

However, the post bubble foreclosure environment and the internet has borrowers pretty alerted to ways to stall a sale.

The question is broad, as many things work for me and others.
