What does that mean to you? What specific strategies are you interested in learning about?

I definitely recommend spending some time reading through the forums (almost 450,000 posts of content) and our BiggerPockets Blog, as doing so will better equip you to begin building your base of learning.

Once you've taken some time, I'd ask you to come back with some specific questions. We can certainly help you with broad questions, but you're going to have to put in the work to begin narrowing things down a little so you can begin to put together some kind of plan for yourself.
