Hi, i'd like to present myself, my name is Adrien, i have dual citizenship ( French & American).I've lived in France almost my entire life and settled to the US a bit more than two years ago to see how life goes here.

American Underground (coworking space) has a huge presence (they've expanded several times), as well as the Tobacco Campus (more coworking/office spaces).  

My recommendation is to drive around and find properties that are not being cared for as that is one of the ways to compete with companies like express home buyers who has a marketing budget of tens of thousands per month.

In addition, is anyone aware of multi-family developments in American Fork and Lehi?

The BRRR strategy has always called out to me, and I figured if people can invest out of state, then I should be able to do it while living overseas in Abu Dhabi (I'm American).

Two that I recommend are NTAREI (general meetings the 3rd Thursday of each month at HI Express LBJ & Preston and various $20-60 educational meetings in between) and DFW Investors (next monthly meeting 7/10, free in advance, $10 at the door).
