Good property management companies in the Charlotte/Concord area?

In the past I have been the one to choose tenants for my rentals, but have been burned several times because I'm too trusting of people. I would like to delegate this responsibility to a management company. I really want them to find the tenants, but basically I take over the handling of the property after that.

Does anyone have any companies they can recommend? I have two properties in Concord that are about ready to be rented and I have spent a lot of money on renovating them, and want good responsible people to rent them. I would prefer the management company be closer to the Concord area just for the convenience of showing the properties (but that's not a necessity).

Thanks in advance for your help.
