Dose any one know a good attorney in Arkansas that knows how to Double Close and that could help mentor me about how to legally whole sale properties in Arkansas.

I think you'll have a hard time finding a real estate attorney that will show you or mentor you on how to do double closings. Their time is generally better spent elsewhere. But your mileage may vary. The smaller town you're in the harder it will be to find someone locally. I think you're better off finding a title company. But they won't show you how to do it. They follow your instructions. You most likely need another investor who's done it before to walk you through it. Fewer and fewer title companies will do double closings. I've personally never done one.
