I pay a bit more for traffic master from home depot only because I use the same model and i can count on them to be in stock and not discontinued. sometimes cheap ones just disappear which makes repair a bit more pita

There are quite a few books there. focus on those with a fair amount of high reviews. usually you can get them used for less.And ditto to the other posts. read many 100sStay away from the Master Lease , Arbitrage, sublease, Brian page, and other related snake oil threads.

I have been reading a ton of books, taken an excellent course on real estate investing at UNC Chapel Hill and been following the BP Podcast for some time.I expect to make my first investment in 2020 as I have managed to save up a bit of cash here while taking my masters degree in Business Analytics here in Barcelona, Spain.My plan has been to start investing after July 2020 as I expected to return to Denmark and thus be on ground making it easier to invest.
