I know where I do business in San Jose, Ca, more and more of my  real estate clients are choosing to tap their equity and then go buy a smaller unit, often on the coast ,in  the Sierras or out of state.

I hold a RE Broker license and a CBC license so I've never considered anything but a fix and flip or a fix and hold approach.I'm excited about joining BiggerPockets - I've been searching for a community of like minded professionals to share my experience in Operations and hope to meet fellow members who have strengths in Finance.I'm in an area of Florida along the Atlantic coast that has multiple opportunities for re-development in CRA's but limitations on density have resulted in very little re-development.
