There's still not many to choose from, but that might not be such a bad thing.The more I read and think about things, the more that multi-family units appeals to me... the main downside being that I'm not looking forward to being responsible for external maintenance and such things that strata usually takes care of.

We truly lease a home for several years- could be 3-5 years, then the renter can choose a buyout on the home.

Hi @Robert Kohalmi - Check out Listsource.com - here's how you get a good absentee list from that site for your area ~~Under the GEOGRAPHY tab:- Define your areaUnder the PROPERTY tab:- Select % Equity and choose those with 40% or more equity- Select Property Type and choose SFR (single family residence)Under the OPTIONS tab:- Click on Absentee Owned (you can then choose in and out of state)
