I have very little mortgage left on my condo, and would like to unlock this value.Does anyone know any banks that would provide HELOC's on a mixed-use condo?

Some investors suggest having simple bullet points, big numbers and pretty photos while others suggest having a detailed outline with lots of numbers (with the main number highlighted or in bold) and pretty photos.

I paid someone on craigslist 30 dollars and asked him to drive by take some photos for me.

Hell, I may even add in some clip art of my logos and photos of testimonials from my deals.DMM is so saturated, I've been feeling like I literally just need to just completely stand out.

First off, it may be photo look,,,but it LOOKS like the driveway is higher and house foundation is much lower. 

Imagine in 100 years when looking at photos and someone saying "what's that hanging out of that window?".

Usually will include photos and comps and you can hire an agent to do one anywhere from $50-$100.

I don't know how great the tenants would be there but if it were me, I would probably not do much at all flip that one it has good photos.
