Hi Y'all, We have a 4 bed 3 bath, pool home 6 hours away from our home that we are hoping to turn into a short term rental.

Unless you are able to negotiate a buyout or termination of the lease, the bed has unfortunately already been made. 

I have my sights on a 4 bed 2 bath foreclosed single family home in the Tulsa OK area.

In some areas 2/1 bed/ bath will work fine and in some areas this is much less desirable.

I recently had an inspection where the tenant had placed a bed partially in the doorway. 

I understand that this is apples and oranges, but please hear me out and let me know your thoughts:I am thinking about switching back to a landlord policy and adding supplemental Bed and Breakfast General Liability Coverage through BiBerk (Berkshire Hathaway).

If you have to choose between a dresser and a king bed, go for the bed, though. 

The property is a 3 bed 1 bath SFR foreclosure with about 73k unpaid balance listed, so I just made the purchase price 73k. 

Hello one of the rental houses has discovered bed bugs in the main house.

Purchase price: $310,000 1885 built stucco up down duplex. 2 bed 1 bath each unit roughly 900 square feet.
