Account Closed Yes, currently in the Florida Panhandle but we also travel to Gainesville, Fl often (my husband is from there).

Don't mind travelling for this.

If I needed medical treatment I would seek out a doctor.

Now a little bit about myself...I'm a remodeler/carpenter by trade and after a 3 month travel expedition around the country I have settled in Pinellas County, FL.  

So I came to the realization I didn't want to invest into a property in that area that would tie me there or cause me to return to it.While I was coming to this realization, I was also forming a new goal outside of real estate investing and that was traveling.My new goal is to use the money I was putting towards a down payment of a property towards traveling abroad for a year or so.

Now I havent heard of anything, the home my husband and I live in is owned solely by my husband, and I have an apartment that I rent 5 hours away from home as I work out of town and cannot travel every day.

I'm inclined to urge you to buy the rentals and travel while you can.

If I did not get a chance to travel extensively ( writing this from Singapore and in Thailand next week) like I do I would have been out of here long ago.. granted 3 months of summer is nice the rest well it just sucks.. but thats a Californian view point..

My goals with real estate are the become financially free within the next 15 years while still being able to travel the world during that time, especially Europe around Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
