I know people who get a traffic stop and got locked up for failure to appear warrants and they impound the car. 

More people move out of NJ every year than move into it b/c of taxes, traffic, other factors.

I just dont know anything about how the maintenance costs work, how the water bill gets split, what kind of traffic to expect, etc.

You can drop the asking price to get more traffic.

I've seen it in high traffic retail stores.

They are still stuck in traffic now on the truck but should be safe.However, my manager told me that she just heard on the radio that area where my motel is located is getting damage.  

Looks like a good deal but I wonder if the price is due in part to the traffic noise?  

I've lived in Austin nearly half my life, and loved it, but the traffic and over-crowding has significantly decreased the quality of life in recent years, and I only see it continuing to worsen.
