Anyone have experience with owning and operating an ice machine?

Anyone have experience with owning an ice machine? I've wondered about those big Twice the Ice machines, but I've seen a smaller one for sale recently. Location is great. I just dont know anything about how the maintenance costs work, how the water bill gets split, what kind of traffic to expect, etc. Any input would be good.
