It has been renting quite well, but the living room has some awful color schemes - we're talking dark green carpet and pink walls!

I have found Polio support and free training to be excellent.

The rehab is without fear because I will simply assume worst case scenarios, something that every average rehabber is scared of, "what is behind the walls" or "the unknown".

I'm in Cincinnati OH and have flipped several houses and I have one where I have the ability to flip it for top $$$ but only if I design it correctly.Does anyone have suggestions for someone in Cincinnati who can help with design decisions, including flooring types, type of countertops to install, cabinets, paint, wall removals...what type of company would I work with to make these design decisions?

Anyway, I could go on and on about this guy.Last month his kids are by our driveway pulling rocks off the retaining walls and throwing them with other neighborhood kids.

From my understanding of the FL market, there are many opportunities to get in at a very reasonable price and the rents are there to support the cash flow.

We have a lot of space behind on our lot  but a lot of it is on a hill so will increase costs to build a retaining wall the more we try to add space but at least we have the option to do this.

Live in an old building that doesn't support modern technology whatsoever.
