Buying with positive cash flow is always the best solution. 

Honestly, its a pretty simple solution --- just get another loan. 

Just don’t chose to pay for all their continuous monitoring,l stuff.

Hi @Howie Baker - one solution is to find deals before they're deals so you are the first and only person the seller is talking to.
