Forming an LLC in NC
My partner and I want to form an LLC before I purchase some property in NC. I've heard many ways of doing it and to start it.
Whats the best way to get started? where? do I need an attorney? is everything online? Tips or Input?
Please help, any advice will be greatly appreciated. thank you

If you haven't done so already, I would also speak with a CPA to ensure that an LLC is the best arrangement for you tax-wise. And, you should definitely run everything by an attorney.
