i almost forgot to add that before i pick a LAWYER, i would contact my homeowners and/or landlord insurance policy issuers to see if all claims can be handled by THEIR lawyer.i for one don't believe in individuals (natural persons) being required by today's litigious society to 'have a lawyer' for legal counsel burying themself deeper in debt (lawyers aint cheap or even necessarily affordable by ur average civilian) -  especially when we are the plaintiff and/or when our insurance is supposed to provide that service we pay monthly or semi/annually for - but that's just me, pro se.

Not easy to just shift navy boat around like you can shift folks and equipment from JBLM.  

I truly understand try by to find a simple way to get started, hopefully put some money let someone else do the work and then collect a check.Initially I began my investing career looking into fix and flips, then shifted my attention to the Notes side of the business.

I have shifted gears to wholesaling right now.

Organic is probably becoming more important as more companies which were paying for print or other traditional advertising are making the shift to digital and just out of "ease" instantly go to PPC campaigns, in many cases ignoring SEO completely.Also, just because you are willing to pay more per click does not necessarily mean that you will be guaranteed a placement in the first spot on the first page of Google.
