They keep buying regardless but when a solid companies stock falls and everyone does a selloff they buy,buy,buy.When everyone feels safe buying and they think they can't lose is generally when people  lose their shirt.

Intrastate is ultimately much easier to keep safe and to regulate without adding excessive cost and complexity - and I don't think anyone can claim there's not enough money in Texas to make soliciting from Texas investors worthwhile.

If you use Redfin for your RE search, it will usually tell you the space rental.Personally, I wouldn't feel safe in earthquake/landslide country in a manufactured home, but that's just me.
