The guy with the lower quote said he is using regular 15 lb felt instead of synthetic because our roof only has two short valleys.

In particular is this 2 different agreements or can this be on my regular P&S Agreement?  

Why would someone go this route over accredited only?

If you wanted to own and rent out, you'd have to go through the conventional mortgage route.  

Do the math - the park rental fees are often getting to the point where the monthly cost is  not a lot different than a regular mortgage on a stick built house of similar quality, BUT YOU BUILD NO EQUITY!

Income from the property I'd just deposit into a regular account, and keep out of the segregated account. 

It seems to me I would first open the i401k, get an EIN number for it, and then open a REGULAR brokerage account in the name of the i401k.  

I paid for foundation work, complete new roof including rotting facia boards, some siding was replaced and some was fixed, all new flooring, gutted and redo on 1 bathroom and complete gut of kitchen with new granite counters, cabinets, all new light fixtures, all new switches and plugs, lots of moving of wires, framed up giant sliding closet doors and replaced with regular doors, a/c was just cleaned and serviced, paint inside and out, and lots of landscaping.

I am really trying to figure out the best career route that will enable me financially to move quickly but wisely.

I've just started on that route.
