Hello BP,

My names is Josh and I am from Kenmore, Washington!

I am a business major at a local university in the Seattle area looking to break into the real estate industry as soon as I graduate in 2017. I am most interested in buy and hold rentals, multi-family units, creative financing and fix-and-flip.  I am looking to connect with like-minded indivuals when time permits and am grateful to have stumbled upon the Bigger Pockets podcast and community!
