You should make a decision like the Lord of those two lands that you are and then notify the tenant's of their respective increases in writing as required by law. 

I address their problems immediately and treat them respectfully.

I build websites for a second income, mostly in WordPress, Drupal and Joomla and have done this for a few clients (not a solicitation - I do not work with BiggerPockets users, out of respect for the admins, since I am not a PRO member). 

Ultimately I would like to say that no firearms or deadly weapons are to be stored or used on the premise however it's a basic right to bear arms and I respect that as well.

LOL... roll of the dice I guess but when you take a city that has over 50% of all their residence are rentals. its only a matter of time that virtually all areas fall down like this.. and only the Owner occ areas if they can indeed stay owner occ remain viable long term.. its an issue nation wide.. as we turn into a country of haves and have nots.. the MAN owns the homes and rents to the people. the people have no respect for the man.. its a scenario you Kiwi's probably don't understand until its too late

@Sherman McLendonI am not Real Estate agent, but I do have experience with Facebook ads, because we have used them for hiring at our sawmill, and we had a lot of luck with them in that respect.

The reporters concern was about rooming houses, but the Mayors answer encompasses those 2 families, the type that I own.All of these issues are local, handled by its respective building departments, planning departments, zoning boards, and believe it or not, home owner associations which I'll get to later.My own 2 family is a good illustration.
