Firearms in rental property

Seeking advice on how others structure wording within their lease on the possession of firearms or other deadly weapons of a tenant in your rental property.  Ultimately I would like to say that no firearms or deadly weapons are to be stored or used on the premise however it's a basic right to bear arms and I respect that as well.  I want to ensure that I'm being fair and within the law on this- thoughts? Advice? Thank you.

Not your business.  In fact, if I recall, the State of Indiana removed laws a few years ago allowing local jurisdictions (i.e. the City of Ft. Wayne) to create their own laws (and there is a court case about this going on currently).

I have two rentals in Indiana - they want to protect themselves with a firearm, that's their business.  They want to have firearms in the home to hunt with, that's their business as well.
