He drew plans and I found a reliable GC who came over and temporarily installed jack posts and beams, the way it was supposed to have been done in the first place.And, last week, I finally parted ways with the contractor who created this whole mess. 

To me the parking and the shed are a big deal, I would focus my energy there.

We'll see if anyone can help us there.As for the ARV: This is actually a new construction, energy efficient, high end finishes.

I'll be attending my first local REIA meeting in the next week and hopefully I can get a few names of reliable GCs, flippers/rehabbers and lenders to help me assess what I may have here.And I've been careful to keep the address and names out of the conversations!

I have not found a reliable title company and I am still trying to find some buyers/investors that I can network with in my area. 

If they’ve been living in their friends guest house and don’t pay any bills, sure maybe they have cash to pay rent for a few months but you want someone with a proven track record who has proven to pay an be reliable/responsible.If your afraid of getting the wrong candidate that will ruin your house, have a showing.

Nothing is impossible without the passion and energy for a goal you are pursuing.

It is slow but works I have heard this from the other Cozy threads, sounds like it would be better to go with a more reliable site than Cozy for background checks. 

Does any know of rebates or incentives (not tax incentives) offered by CenterPoint Energy for adding blown insulation into attics of multifamily complexes of 200+ units or more?  

I think most agents will agree we juggle a lot of different tasks and having these systems in place, will save you time and energy thus allowing you to go out and find more business. 3) Find a niche - Find a specific market or demographic to focus your attention towards.
