He drew plans and I found a reliable GC who came over and temporarily installed jack posts and beams, the way it was supposed to have been done in the first place.And, last week, I finally parted ways with the contractor who created this whole mess.

If they’ve been living in their friends guest house and don’t pay any bills, sure maybe they have cash to pay rent for a few months but you want someone with a proven track record who has proven to pay an be reliable/responsible.If your afraid of getting the wrong candidate that will ruin your house, have a showing.
