New to the BP family!
Hello everyone,
I want to say this site has been so helpful with all of the discussions that I have read. I appreciate the question/responses that I have seen and I wanted to personally ask a question. I am just starting out with wholesaling and I have viewed so really awesome youtube videos to get me going. I went out and was driving for dollars and did find some promising properties. I have not found a reliable title company and I am still trying to find some buyers/investors that I can network with in my area.
My question to you here on BP:
1. Do you know of any investor friendly title companies that work in the Phoenix, AZ area? If so, I will contact them to check if they have worked with double closings as well as assignments and wraps.
I appreciate your responses in advance and I am excited to be starting this journey with great resources such as BP!
Peace
