There is no good reason for an employer to locate there and more and more they will move out of the country or south to friendlier states.2) I regularly pay for the rehab of new properties from the cashflow thrown off by older properties.

I went through the title claim process and was awarded a settlement however I didn’t receive any compensation for my attorney fees, the incremental holding cost required while claim process was in progress and fees involved with new construction as opposed to a flip.

It made me wonder if the same test would be used in the USA.If a group of investors all have an 'active role in the management' yet they do not have the ability or competence to perform the active role, it would not be possible for the promoter of the transaction to claim the other investors are actually active.
