I was shocked to find out that I was charged a $35 wire transfer fee for the rents received.

I can view faxes received, and text/call from my public number (instead of showing my cell).

The bank continues to say they never received the documents.

I just checked with the bank and they have not received it back yet.

I can always (and am planning to) move back with the parents in south Jersey if I don't have a property right away.I have already received pre-approval from GSF Mortgage corp. for a FHA loan.  

I finally received a response from the owner via Facebook.

Firstly, I want to say how grateful I am for all those that responded to my last post - it is a testament to the amazing community BiggerPockets has built in the outpouring of insightful and in-depth replies that I received to a number of questions that I posed in my "I'm new, I don't know what to do - Gurus and Gotchas" post from last week.This week I continued to focus on a number of beginner hurdles that I am sure many people face when they are diving into real estate investing for the first time.

I have been told that if I am able to get one funded that I will receive the majority of that money back.
