Hi All,I'm looking to pick up some properties in VA, and I'm hoping to start with vacant land (yes, I know land investing is a less common strategy).I've been trying to find some good list sources, so I can market to people who own land in my target counties (Frederick, Clarke, Shenandoah, Warren, Fauquier, Rappahannock, Loudoun).

Joined the site a few weeks back and can't believe how much I've picked up/learned in such a short period of time.

For us, for the few liens we were able to pick up at 16%, most of them were redeemed within weeks, so we did all the hard work and only ended up making a few dollars, then when the liens are redeemed you can't get any more until the following year, so your money stops working for you!

Yesterday, we received word that we were picked as part of the 15% to rent our unit out!
