I decided to go ahead and get my mid-life crisis career change out of the way now and become a real estate agent!

Each year I am out $1,000 to hang license with broker.Each year I am out $250 in education fees plus the low amount of hours to complete.Each transaction I am out $1,000.This would mean that I would be ahead roughly $35,500 to $60,500 AFTER 10 YEARS of dormant activity ($1000 times 10

After receiving my license I don’t really know what the next best steps would be for me, and I am hoping some of you would be kind enough to share your experiences just starting out, and offer any tips to getting started or getting a head start in the business. 

Cause every day that refinance is pushed back you are losing money on that interest. 

I'm not sure I could have pushed through the fear of such a huge financial decision if I wasn't working with a realtor that I knew and trusted.

My hope for this post is to maybe gain some advice from any and all seasoned re agents and brokers on how I can get a head start in the business.

Also I can push a icon in the APP and talk to someone. 

I know a lot of folks take the hard line of "don't let tenants dictate your business or push you around" I get it and I agree with that.
