I approach it like this: everything needs replaced at some point.  

I am wondering if you were first starting out and you had someone who can be a book of knowledge and experience for you how would you approach it? 

I love the Best/Worst/Expected approach. 

Does anyone have tips on what my best next steps should be or tips on the best way to approach the situation.

I am 23 years old, a recent Clemson graduate, and a procurement forester.
