It's actually partly based in fact that Aurora has a lot of crazy people because it became a haven for the mentally insane population that was relocated from Capital Hill in the latter half of the last century. 

I thought I found a good replacement but it seems realtors who also try to do PM don’t prioritize PM clients.

As I said, based primarily on something that they heard about on BP that are selling them on something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, diseased mentality.

Wholesalers technically don't need capital to get started, so I could have a mental capital asset requirement consisting of "what's your favorite real estate investing book that you've read and what were your top 3 takeaways?"

Hopefully one would not be swayed by the rah rah herd mentality I personally witnessed at some of these seminars I attended.

I've started to get more focused on establishing a realistic scope of exam for the resources assigned on the job (especially when I am In Charge) - and communicating that - or prioritizing what could be cut or limited in scope if necessary.
