I really enjoyed the process but life work and family has had me distracted.  

I am interested in building a portfolio of rental properties with the hopes that I could one day purchase apartment buildings with several dozen units and/or commercial real estate, and have the freedom to pursue that full time without the hindrance of cube-life. 

It would simplify my life if that were different =)

In a profession where evictions are a fact of life, Roby handles difficult conditions with grace and efficiency.  

Life if a repair isn't up to my standards, or he doesn't like taking directions from a woman.  

I have been in the financial industry for over 30 years , and am now looking to start a new adventure in my life. 

There were people from all walks of life and all sides of the real estate equation.

I've done a lot of things in my life and I still have a long ways to go.  

But I'm still actively investing though, and probably will for the rest of my life. 

Because you need someone that can advise on coverage gaps between states or between personal and commercial or between property/casualty and life/health.
